Aged Vanilla Sugar
At James Creek Sutlery we desire to bring the best to our own family and to yours. Our Aged Vanilla Sugar is one example. We start with a long, gorgeous organic vanilla pod, slit it down the center, scrape out some of its caviar (the tiny beans), mixing them with organic cane sugar and age it. This produces a delectable, full bodied, pure vanilla flavored sugar.
A special benefit of our Aged Vanilla Sugar is we include the pod. When the sugar is gone, remove the vanilla pod, scrape out some more vanilla caviar (beans), place both the pod and the caviar back into the bottle. Fill it back up to the top of the label with more organic CANE sugar. Shake once a day for 1 - 2 weeks, and then you will have more vanilla sugar for up to a year!
It's the vanilla pod that keeps on giving.

Sweet Harmony (formerly Sweet November)

Five Part Harmony and Raw Organic Cane Sugar)
In our family we all like cinnamon. Some enjoy the Burmannii Cassia, some enjoy the Sweet, and some enjoy the Saigon Cassia. To bring two of these worlds together in a glorious blend we have created Five Part Harmony. A perfect ratio of Sweet Cinnamon, Burmannii Cassia Cinnamon, Cloves, Allspice and the world's third most expensive spice - Cardamom, added to raw organic CANE sugar.
All five start out whole in our kitchen for the freshest of flavors. Next, we cool grind and hand sift, keeping the precious essential oils intact, then mix just the perfect amount with the raw organic CANE sugar, to bring out the absolute sweetest of flavors.
