We'll share an overview of Sweet & Savory Spices
Student's will learn how to:

Go beyond salt & pepper by adding one more spice to make a dish different & delicious.
-Toast spices perfectly.
-Grind whole spices from coarse to fine, and learn when to use them.
-A helpful method of sifting & bottling.
-Tips & Tricks in the kitchen along the way.
